Every moment tells a story—especially when your team is more than colleagues: they’re friends, partners, and brand ambassadors. That’s exactly what unfolded at the Huntsville real estate team family event at Back Forty, where InTown Partners showed their team’s heart alongside their luxury service.

InTown Partners is a Keller Williams Huntsville powerhouse. They’ve built a strong reputation for offering luxury-level service, both to agents and clients. As part of their ongoing brand investment, they’re a retainer client—meaning every six months they receive a full brand session, two event shoots, and updated headshots when agents join.
For this particular event, they wanted something different: not just polished headshots, but a collection of images that feel warm, genuine, and convey the strength of relationships within the team. They desired photos that show professionalism and personality.

Because they’re on retainer, InTown Partners plans with anticipation. About a month before the event, they reached out to lock in a date. The venue: Back Forty, a local Huntsville brewery and hangout, which offers relaxed vibes, good lighting (both natural and ambient), and plenty of spaces for gathering and candid moments.

I arrived early to catch the gradual buildup—the arriving agents, family members, friendly greetings. Those first moments (hugging, handshakes, surprise reunions) are gold for real, unposed energy.
Over about an hour, I wove between candid moments and more structured, posed team images. I looked for clusters of people naturally interacting—someone laughing at a joke, children in the scene, agents introducing family. Then I pulled aside small groups for more formal, composed images and then of course I captured a large group image of the team & family members before I headed out.

What came out of this event shoot? Beautiful, professional images—yes—but more importantly, images that show who InTown Partners is: a team bonded, friendly, approachable, offering luxury grounded in real relationships. These photos aren’t just for marketing—they become part of the brand’s story and help clients see the people behind the professionalism.
