As a commercial product photographer in Huntsville, I get to work with passionate founders like LaToya of Sheree Harvest. Based in Maryland, Sheree Harvest creates wines that celebrate abundance and intention, and their latest release, a Rosé, follows that same mission.
Before the shoot, I revisited their brand values and visual goals. Sheree Harvest wanted images that would reflect the soft, celebratory nature of this rosé, while still aligning with their overall aesthetic. We needed photos that would work well for both digital marketing and their online storefront—from clean product shots to styled lifestyle scenes. These photos would serve multiple purposes across social media, newsletters, and e-commerce platforms.
LaToya and I have been working together for years, which allows me to step into each session with a deep understanding of her brand. One of her non-negotiables? A rich, romantic look. So I always photograph her wine against a black background and include elevated props like fresh florals, ripe fruit, charcuterie elements, and custom Sheree Harvest wine glasses.
This visual consistency has become a recognizable part of her product launches. It also helps customers easily associate that mood and experience with the Sheree Harvest brand. Take a look at a past wine product session I’ve done with LaToya.
This rosé has a unique tone and feel, so we made some subtle shifts. Instead of the traditional red roses used in past shoots, I opted for a soft purple bloom that echoed the delicate pink hue of the wine. This still gave us the romantic, moody tone LaToya loves while distinguishing this launch visually.
Even with this update, the final gallery stayed true to the brand’s look. That’s always the goal—to create a cohesive visual thread across product lines, even when each release has its own personality.
