InTown Partners, a top-producing Keller Williams real estate team based in Huntsville, Alabama, came to Kia & Co. ready to level up their visual presence. With 17 team members and a wide range of services, they needed brand photography that communicated professionalism, collaboration, and their deep local expertise.
From the beginning, we knew our image goals needed to:
Because they work across buying, selling, staging, and client experience, we planned shots that could support everything from new listing launches to behind-the-scenes stories. These weren’t just headshots—this session was about creating a brand library that would support their full digital marketing strategy.
Photographing a large real estate team can be a scheduling puzzle—but with the right plan, it doesn’t have to be chaotic. For this session, we split the team into two groups to work efficiently.
Here’s how we structured it:
By rotating team members in and out, we captured a wide variety of interactions. This approach gave InTown an image library that felt dynamic, not staged—showing how they show up for their clients in real life.
Props play a powerful role in storytelling. InTown came prepared with:
Each item reflected a piece of their brand. We layered these into scenes to capture authentic moments: presenting to clients, walking through marketing plans, or delivering a welcome gift.
We also used one of their own real estate listings as our location. With a spacious kitchen, living areas, and a poolside patio, we had a natural setting that mirrored the lifestyle their clients aspire to. The house became more than a backdrop—it grounded the story in the everyday work they do.
Take a look at their very extensive brand gallery. We planned for this content to last us about 2 quarters, till our next brand shoot with their team. For more from the InTown Partners team, take a look at a past session we’ve done together.
