From the outside, prior to working with me, the pretty pictures are what can be seen…but what comes before that is where the magic actually comes from. The process of working with me is usually at least a month’s process so that we plan everything out accordingly so that everything is organized and well planned…which will result in images that reflect you and your brand well.

Discovery Call

The first thing that we will do together is get on zoom for a discovery call where I learn about you and your business. We chat about what you’re looking for and how I might be able to help you…determining if we’re a good fit. 

Contract & Invoice

Once you decide that you’d like to work together (yes, this does sound a little like dating…lol), I put together your contract and invoice. A 50% retainer will be due at the time of signing your contract to save your session date/time. We’re now official!

Questionnaire

Following the receipt of your signed contract & retainer, I will send you a thorough questionnaire. This is where you will tell me all about you, your business, brand, processes, & preferences. This will help me to come up with ideas for your session’s storylines prior to us getting on a planning call. 

Planning Call

About 3-4 weeks prior to your session, we will get on a zoom call to start planning out the details of your brand session. We will talk through storylines, locations, props, clothing, etc…all the nity gritty details. 

Customized Session Plan

Now that we have your session planned, I put together a full session plan for you so that you know what the plan for your brand session looks like. In your session plan is a timeline for the day, timeline for the whole project, team members that will be at the shoot, inspiration images, shot lists, and props. This document brings the whole shoot together nicely!

Session Day

This is the fun part!! This is where I come with all my gear in hand and a big smile on my face. You will have just worked with hair and makeup & look amazing! We will go through our plan and have a lot of fun along the way. By the end of our time together, you’ll be a pro!

Editing & Delivery

Following our session, I take a couple weeks to go through and edit the images we created together. When your images are ready, we will find a time to get together online for a reveal meeting. At this meeting we will go over your full gallery and select the images that you love the most. I will help you create a favorites list & help you with ideas of how you will use these images in your marketing following our session together. You will receive your finally gallery about 5 days following our reveal meeting. 

Off Boarding

This is the sad part, but it doesn’t have to be the end of our road together. At this point we can talk about what you will be needing for your next shoot and how we can work together again. I always love working with repeat clients because I have a great grasp of your brand and we feel comfortable with each other.
