As a member of the Kia & Co. Collective, Jacki has monthly sessions with me where she sends over her recent work and I photograph them for her portfolio and social media. Because she is a wedding stationer and brand designer, she consistently has work that needs to be shared. We tend to shoot her work about two months out from their share date–usually congratulating clients on their wedding day or sharing a project that a client has been working on and is now releasing its marketing materials. 

Some things that makes this process really easy for us:

-Jacki sends all the pieces of an individual wedding stationery suite in its own plastic sleeve. This ensures that everything is organized and that I have all the pieces to photograph.

-If items are double sided, she sends two of each, so that I can simultaneously shoot them in one shot.

-I have created an image library in Dropbox so that we both have easy access to organized files where I provide her with both high resolution images and web-ready images.

-I have access to Jacki’s social media scheduler, Hootsuite, so that I can easily upload her images, allowing her to easily add captions and schedule her posts for the upcoming month
