Inspirational Christian Jewelry Product Shoot | Clothed with Truth

Clothed with Truth is a long term product client that specializes in Christian Jewelry & Inspirational Gifts. Their custom engraved jewelry is handcrafted in their Williamsburg, Virginia studio. Almost a year ago, we did an image overhaul of their website, creating product images of their best selling pieces and since then we have updated their imagery with each of their new launches, & made sure to get them some amazing headshots.

Photographing new pieces

A few months ago, Deborah and Rhett, acquired a new engraver that allowed them to produce pieces that had a lot more detail. This round included us photographing these new pieces with new lettering that they’ve added to their product offerings, along with continuing to slowly photograph pieces that are a part of their permanent collection.

Keeping their images consistent

This round, I played around with a new lighting pattern which I feel highlighted their pieces well by doing some backlighting. To keep their images consistent with their past images and their brand, I used the same props–light colored dinner napkins & soft silk ribbon.

Over the last year, I’ve seen the Clothed with Truth website, specifically their homepage, transform dramatically. Their images are consistent which in turn elevates their brand.
