As a personal branding photographer in Huntsville, I always start with one key question: “What do you want your audience to know about you?” For Sarah Scarbrough, an independent real estate agent with Remax Alliance, the answer was simple—she wanted to show up with clarity, professionalism, and approachability. Her brand voice is rooted in connection, local knowledge, and a clear passion for serving her clients. You can see it all over her Instagram (@sarahsellshsv): personal updates, client wins, and a deep love for Huntsville.
From our first strategy call, we knew this session needed to deliver a variety of imagery. We set goals to create:
The goal? Help Sarah tell her story visually, with consistency and confidence across every platform.
Take a look at a past session I did with Sarah a couple years ago: Sarah | Remax Alliance Realtor Brand Session
We photographed Sarah’s session in a stunning staged home in McMullen Cove, Huntsville. With thoughtfully designed interiors and stylish furnishings, the location gave us a high-end look without the need for a formal studio.
We moved room to room, taking advantage of multiple backdrops: modern kitchen counters for relatable “in-the-home” shots, cozy living spaces for casual moments, and bold statement walls for profile-worthy portraits. The flexibility of this location gave us a cohesive gallery that could stretch across months of content while keeping everything visually consistent.
Sarah came prepared—and that made all the difference. She brought over six outfits ranging from casual denim and tees to more elevated pieces for a polished look. But what really stood out was her branding commitment.
She brought Remax-branded props that gave a personal, memorable feel to the session: a signature keychain, bold signage, and even a custom pair of white overalls hand-painted with her name, the Remax balloon, and a Huntsville skyline. These small details gave her photos instant brand recognition and plenty of content versatility.
