Monique is the creative heart and brains behind Monique Cara Studio & specializes in contemporary, colorful abstract fine art. She believes that color affects your mood & behavior and it should be used in your spaces to influence your daily life.

Last Spring, Monique and I had worked together on a session at Lightbox Studio in Annapolis, Maryland. This session focused on all her art and the processes surrounding it–tools, color swatches, inspiration, painting, and displaying her finished products.
Brand images for digital offerings
For this next session at the Real Food Studio in Leonardtown, Maryland, Monique wanted to concentrate on images for her newest digital offerings, her podcast & courses. Although we didn’t concentrate on painting, we did make sure to put her in the context of her colorful artwork. Big ideas that we captured for Monique as an artist & creative coach included:
- Tools & exercises that she has her students do in her digital course
- Tools that she uses when creating her digital content
- Teaching her modules
- Creating imagery with white space that would allow her to add in her marketing
- Headshots for her to use throughout her website, social media, and media kits.
