Understanding the Client: Livano at Town Madison
Livano is part of Liv Development, a Birmingham-based real estate company known for building upscale multifamily communities across the Southeast. For this session, our goal was to create compelling visual content for their Town Madison property in North Alabama. Their website and marketing materials needed elevated imagery that aligned with their upscale brand identity. Here are a couple other projects I did with the Livano Marketing team:
Capturing Publication Imagery for a Huntsville Condo Developer
Editorial Shoot for Property’s Publication at Livano Town Madison
As a corporate brand photographer for condo developers, I focus on more than just pretty pictures. My goal is to create images that help clients meet their goals: showing off amenities, attracting potential residents, and communicating value visually. For Livano, this meant highlighting lifestyle, experience, and quality of space in a way that felt fresh, polished, and true to their brand.
Intentional Amenities: Photographing with Purpose
Livano’s team puts intentionality into every design detail, and my job was to translate that care into images that reflect their thoughtful amenities. We focused on:
By photographing from both wide and detail perspectives, we made sure these amenities felt approachable but high-end—striking a balance that’s important in multifamily branding.
Strategic Visuals Beyond the Website
One thing I love about working with Livano’s team is how strategically they use imagery. The marketing team has shared how these brand sessions provide visuals not only for their website but also for pitch decks, resident welcome materials, signage, and internal publications.
That means during the session, I’m thinking ahead. I compose shots with clean negative space for text overlays. I create options that work in both landscape and portrait formats. I build a library of content that’s versatile across platforms. That’s the difference a corporate brand photographer for condo developers brings: not just visuals, but strategic assets.
