Northern Neck Popcorn Bag serves gourmet popcorn in over 50+ flavors out of their shops in Kilmarnock, Warsaw, and Gloucester, Virginia. They had dreams of expanding their business beyond their store fronts and wanted to grow their e-commerce business. They were in the process of building a new shopify website with a designer and needed amazing images of their delicious popcorn.
Goals for their product photography
When I talked to Terri, the owner of Northern Neck Popcorn Bag, she expressed that she just really wanted images that made people say, “I have to have that popcorn right now!”. The number one goal was creating consistent imagery for their sales pages and then the second was creating imagery that put made their customers crave their delicious popcorn by putting it in context of its ingredients.
Creating Custom Stock Photography
Creating a whole new website meant also creating imagery use throughout their website. This was my favorite part!! It allowed me to be creative with their images and use their popcorn in fun ways. The secondary effect was that they’re also images that they can use on social media and create a enjoyable brand surrounding their amazing popcorn.
