Amy of Grace Girl Beads has had a lot of success this year growing the wholesale side of her business since launching on Faire. Although she is based in Huntsville, Alabama…she now has almost a hundred wholesale stores all around the country. 

Jewelry Product Photography in Hawaii

Earlier this summer, when Amy caught wind that I was spending the summer in Hawaii, she asked if she could send some jewelry with me. She noticed that she had a handful of boutiques in resort beach destinations and wanted to be able to provide them with stock imagery of her jewelry to use for their marketing needs. We selected pieces that we knew would speak to the clientele in those destinations to photograph. 

When I got to Hawaii I knew that I wanted there to be texture in the images, to replicate the same texture Amy uses in her other product photography, so I selected a tidepool to photograph her jewelry pieces at. There was a lot of rocks, standing water, sand, and algae growing on the rocks…exactly what I was envisioning!
