Semi-Custom wedding suites
Emily wanted to overhaul her semi-custom line of wedding stationery. We took advantage of the slower summer season to take product images of her stationery suites. Semi-custom suites are pre-designed, but have certain elements that the client can change depending on their wedding–of course names & event details, but also envelope colors, font colors, etc.
Styling of the wedding products
For her product photography, Emily wanted clean images that really let her suites stand out. I paired her stationery with linen surfaces from Locust Collection and different props that matched the vibe of each suite.
Product Photography for different orientations
For each suite, Emily requested that I take one summary image of all the pieces in the collection in a way that they would be able to landscape orientation on the product summary page, but then be cropped as portrait orientations in the product detail images. This required me to make sure that there was a larger margin around her products, so that when she went into upload images, they would be visible, even after being cropped by the differing orientations.
