For this editorial shoot for Madison property’s publication, we partnered with Livano Town Madison to create lifestyle imagery for their resident magazine, Matter, Fall/Winter edition. Located in the heart of Madison, Alabama, Livano blends modern design with elevated living. From stylish interiors to community-focused amenities, their brand is all about connection, warmth, and intentional spaces. Here is the last shoot we did with the publication team for the Spring/Summer edition.
When planning this shoot, our image goals were clear:
Each setup was designed with storytelling in mind—something that felt natural, inviting, and purposeful.
The first part of the editorial shoot for Madison property’s publication took place in one of Livano’s outdoor common areas. Our goal was to make this space feel both recognizable and aspirational. We styled a late afternoon picnic scene using a bold blue patterned tablecloth, citrus-toned chairs, and a vibrant charcuterie spread that included bread, herbs, and fresh produce.
The natural light, bright colors, and the intentional placement of the table allowed us to highlight how these spaces aren’t just amenities—they’re places for connection. We also made sure to include wide shots that kept the surrounding architecture in view, grounding the scene in the property’s unique setting.
Next, we moved into one of Livano’s two-bedroom units for a cozy kitchen breakfast setup. These units offer clean, modern lines and natural light—perfect for capturing authentic moments. We styled the kitchen island with fresh florals, fruit, croissants, and coffee mugs to reflect a peaceful morning at home.
For this part of the editorial shoot for Madison property’s publication, we focused on genuine interaction. The goal was to show how life inside a Livano apartment feels: easy, personal, and rooted in design that works for daily life. These images give prospective residents a visual cue of what it feels like to live here, not just what it looks like.
