Alyssa, the owner of A Working Home, is an interior designer based in Williamsburg, Virginia with a knack for creating spaces that are centered around your life. She recently finished up a couple projects in Richmond, Virginia and wanted to capture the amazing space in her most recent brand session.
The Piper Project | Zen Shed
At our last brand session together, Alyssa had finished up a few spaces at the Piper project including their office and living area. She was just starting on the outdoor shed, dubbed the Zen Shed. It was just an ordinary shed at the time, down to its studs & I couldn’t have imagined that it was going to turn into the beauty it is today! Take a look at it now!! Alyssa did a great job of bringing many cool details into the small space–a coffee bar, organic shapes, bright colors, inspirational quotes, and seating for multiple people.
During this session, Alyssa not only wanted to capture her gorgeous work to show off to clients, but also wanted to capture herself amongst her amazing designs.
The Ilene Project
To show her diversity in design, Alyssa also wanted to feature another Richmond, Virginia project. This home was a lot more traditional than the previous, but still so gorgeous with the custom designed desk and gorgeous statement wallpaper. Alyssa did a great job of incorporating all the meaningful art, decor, and furniture that her client had collected over the years into the design of the home office and dining room.
