I’ve had the opportunity to work with the Clothed with Truth team for almost a couple of years now as their product photographer for their Christian inspired jewelry. They will send me their newest pieces to be photographed in my home studio in California, Maryland.
Improving the quality of their products
Deborah and Rhett work out of their studio in Williamsburg, Virginia and have been making constant improvements on their pieces and their overall product lineup. Each season they come out with pieces that have been redesigned, recently purchasing a new laser engraver that allows them to make pieces that have more detailed script fonts. It has become even more important that I capture their bible scriptures in detail to show the quality of their pieces.
Highlighting the quality of their silver
Another detail that we highlight in their pieces is the quality of their silver. They use a very high quality silver & it’s important to the team that I help to capture its true color. When I go to photograph their necklaces and bracelets, I need to keep in mind all the reflections and as much as possible keep out all the dark reflections.
Keeping images consistent from shoot to shoot
From shoot to shoot, we keep the consistency of the images by including very similar props in a light color scheme of whites, ivories, and blush tones.
